Maintenance
Pelican Helpdesk provides maintenance of a complete range of servers, PC’s, laptops, printers, tape back-ups and network cabling, either through our own fully qualified engineer or through third party suppliers. We can offer different levels of support, according to your requirements, as follows;
Full maintenance contracts – covering all hardware either during office hours or around the clock.
Time and Materials – providing a time and materials service which would be charged depending on the detail of the call and the expected response.
We can provide a full auditing service and if required we can design and manage an asset management system for you.
In addition to our maintenance services, Pelican can also provide a disaster recovery plan, which will either provide you with a location in which to recover or we will bring hardware direct to you. This service can be tailored to meet any specific requirement and can cover any of the following platforms;

♦ Desktop PC's
♦ Telephone Hardware
♦ Communication Hardware
We can either write a disaster recovery plan for you or assist you with its design, implementation and testing.
Data Recovery:
If you find that you have already been affected by data loss in one form or another then all may not in fact be lost.
We offer data recovery services from a wide rang of media, from floppy drives to hard drives. Any data that we recover will be catalogued for your inspection and returned to you on a new media such as CDROM.
